Education & Certifications
Melissa holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Borough of Manhattan Community College, as well as a TCOLE Training Officer certification—giving her a strong foundation in policy, systems, and communication.
Since joining the dental field in 2017, she has continuously risen through the ranks and now serves as a key operational and cultural leader for Smile Avenue’s Cypress location.
