Larissa Paut has over four years of experience in the dental field, she brings a unique blend of artistry, technical expertise, and compassionate leadership to her role at The Smile Lab. Larissa’s area of expertise lies in team management, and she’s passionate about maintaining a happy, motivated team. Driven by a personal journey of overcoming dental anxiety, Larissa joined the dental field to ensure that every patient receives the care and respect they deserve. Starting her career as a Dental Assistant, she quickly discovered a deep passion for the intricacies of dental work—particularly the creative opportunities found in lab dentistry. Fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish, Larissa connects with a wide range of patients and clients making everyone feel at home in their dental journey.

Larissa holds certifications in RDA, AACA, OSHA, and CPR, and combines her technical knowledge with a leadership style that is supportive, team-focused, and communication-driven. She takes pride in fostering an environment where her team feels empowered, valued, and encouraged to grow.

What Larissa enjoys most about her work is the ability to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through the seamless integration of technology and creativity. By working closely with the doctors, she helps bring beautiful, custom dental solutions to life—transforming smiles and boosting confidence.

Outside the Office, when she’s not in the lab, Larissa loves diving into a good thriller or romance novel, discovering new restaurants, or planning her next travel adventure.
