With more than 31 years of hands-on experience in dental laboratories, Ronny Yeagy has built his career around one core principle: craftsmanship matters—especially when it’s in service of a patient’s confidence. As Technical Ceramist Manager at The Smile Lab, Ronny leads with a rare combination of artistry, production experience, and deep understanding of restorative and implant dentistry.

From full-arch smile makeovers to high-end aesthetic cases, Ronny brings clarity, vision, and technical mastery to every restoration, collaborating closely with doctors to deliver patient-specific results that last.

Career Background

Ronny's dental journey began unexpectedly in 1994, when a family friend offered him a job at a local lab in his Georgia hometown. On his very first day, he fell in love with the hands-on, transformational nature of dental artistry—and he’s never looked back.

His career includes:
