Kerstin began her career in the dental field after serving in the military, where she first discovered her calling while observing a periodontal surgery during a holiday visit. That one moment sparked a journey of growth and purpose. She earned her RDA certification in 2008 and has since dedicated her life to the operational and cultural heartbeat of dental practices.
